Woke up at 330am yesterday in NH and started the trek back to Colorado. We made it fine although it was a long day. Got in around 5:30 Mountain time.
Showed up here to snow on the ground (not much) and 45 degree weather. Sun is up today and the wood stove is cranking.
Now we take the kids to school and I'm back here to work.

I found out that I actually had to create a gmail address to post a comment (I think). I don't think this lets me bookmark the blog, however - I've only been able to access it by clicking from the email of Nick & bird photo from while ago - any pointers? Anyway, thanks for congratulating Amit and me on our decision to go to Nepal. Amit just arrived there a few hours ago -sans luggage, of course! he's had an experience just trying to get out there. He had useful meetings in Geneva this week though.
It was great to see all the Austins this Thanksgiving!
